I can’t read what I think is the key sentence in the middle. The bits I can read are:

Acquitted.

Did not appear.

Warrant issued.

Acquitted.

crumblebug · 10/09/2021 17:37

Woops autocorrected recognisance

TakeYourFinalPosition · 10/09/2021 17:38

Surety estreated

Yep, that’s it. I came back to say the same thing,

LemonRedwood · 10/09/2021 17:41

Acquitted.

Did not appear. Recognizance of self and surety (something) - Warrant issued.

Acquitted

It's just that one word after surety I can't make out. There's stuff about recognizance of self in a legal context here -
www.britannica.com/topic/recognizance

It might give some clues

LemonRedwood · 10/09/2021 17:42

Cross post with everyone!

Released in one's own recognizance means they're not held on remand, and haven't had to make bail.

FatLarrysBand · 10/09/2021 18:22
