Need some inspiration...

Not very inspiring!

Baked spuds & tuna with a massive salad of home grown lettuce, fennel, spring onions and green beans.

We are having sticky beef and rice - hello fresh recipe.

This. But with halved chicken breasts instead cos that's what I had.

Prawn cocktail with chips . Well it's Friday and just Dd and I tonight.

Chicken & bacon salad

The salad is huge with about 15 different items on it

Simple hotdogs here

You'll get no inspiration from me, op.
A crisp butty ( need salt and carbs) and a family sized bar of chocolate ( pmt )
I'm watching with interest though as tomorrow I am definitely cooking !

Leftovers from earlier in the week - butter chicken curry and Thai green curry. I'll have the Thai and DH will have the butter chicken (which is actually cooked with pork).

Leek and pancetta quiche (homemade) with chips and a salad.

Leftover takeaway lamb Rogan Josh and peshawri naan...with some supermarket Indian snacks on the side too!

Egg,bacon,tomatoes and sautéed potatoes.

Lasagne, peas and garlic bread. DD and her bf are coming home for the weekend so have made the effort to make a lasagne. I avoid it usually - takes far too many pans!

Roasted chicken legs and orzo with lemon, leeks, peas and asparagus mixed through

Pizza & salad tonight. It's rather a CBA sort of meal after a busy week.

My comfort food - Jacket Potato, Cheese & Beans! I know DH will try to convince me to have a Takeaway instead but I won't be swayed! (we'll see... )

Tandoori chicken, coconut and tomato dal, kachumber salad, naan, raita

Breaded chicken breast, parameter potatoes, salad and coleslaw.

Lentil soup with bread and butter (very classy).

I'm making a soup of cannellini beans and spring greens, so we'll either have that, or leftover paella from last night.

Chicken and chorizo jambalaya

Cheese on toast. I had a HUGE toby carvery for lunch

I’m making beer battered haddock and chips.

Just went and got the dc a McDonald’s, dh and I will order a curry later tonight.
