My workplace are looking to give opportunities to school leavers / college leavers who may be struggling to find a temporary role at the moment. It would be 'labouring' in a sense, tidying up stock and generally helping out around the office if needed.
It's really difficult to find people at the moment - ideally we want to give this opportunity to someone who might just be starting out and perhaps wants to eventually progress in construction / property maintenance. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to look / how to 'recruit' for this kind of thing?
