Social workers?? Liquid logic? Sorry v specific to social workers!

My authorisation has just switched software to Liquid Logic. Its absolute hell. Never been as stressed, frustrated and felt as incompetent as I do now.
Are there any other social workers who have gone through a change in software? Was it awful? Did it get better? 5 wks in and still horrendous

Sorry to say it took me ages to get to grips with liquid logic- it is not user friendly!! You have my sympathies

Not the same system but 2 years on and no one knows how to use ours...

Ha.... I've moved LAs and now use this! I don't mind it ( changed from mosaic) which I preferred

We’re 3 months in to our new system (not liquid logic) and all still getting driven crazy. I kind of know a bit more what to do (or what not to do). I’m just dealing with the backlog of typing up which has built up. We don’t have the massive system crashes that we had in the very early days though, so I suppose it’s got a bit better? It’s really hard learning a new system.

Oh I’ve just checked it is liquid logic we use!
