My 20 year old daughter leaves for University next week. She is ready to start her independent life, to grow and achieve her goals. I'm anxious and excited in equal measures. 🤨
So what next? I'm curious to know if there are any other parents who have children leaving home and how they are feeling. What's next on your agenda? 🧐
How are you feeling? How much more time will you have to yourself? What will you do with more free time?
I'm a life coach and I'm interested in starting to coach parents who are ready to do more of what they want now the nest is empty, or emptier. So this is a bit of research for me.
