travelling soon - LFD test to return to UK

I'll be travelling at the end of the month. Have booked all the tests (PCR fit to travel, LFD test to return to UK, day 2 return test).

My question, to anyone that has travelled recently, how did you take your return LFD test with you? I'm a bit worried about putting it into checked luggage. If in carry on, will I need to open the test box and put the tiny fluid vial in my liquids bag?

Can you tell I'm a worrier/over thinker 😂
Thanks

Just toss it in the carryon. You don’t need to remove the liquid for inspection. If they ask tell them what it is.

I had a LFT in France, you also need a Passenger Locator Form completed and then do PCR at home. You do not need to carry the kit with you.

For where I'm travelling I need to perform an LFD test before boarding the plane to return to the UK. The cost in that country is huge, so opted for a UK government approved place that has a deal for the day two PCR test, so definitely want to take it out with me.

We packed ours, just made sure they were secure and cushioned in the case.
