Im 33, i have an 8 year old dd who is so cool without trying,

I am aware i probably sound ridiculous, but i have lost my coolness and have started to become so geeky. Sometimes i catch myself doing it and cringe.

Is this just a part of getting older? I see other people my age and they're still so cool. I think its just me.
