Just interested really, would you be prepared to pay motor tax fund this permanently.?

You know we don't need people to pay more tax, we need the government to use the money they have properly.

HS2 stage 1 has a £40 Billion fund ringfenced.
Wasted billions on track and trace.
Wasted billions on PPE that was no good.
Wasted 199s of millions on a yacht.
Paid more Billions getting Brexit done than we'd given to the EU in like 10 years.

So on and so on and so on.

And let's not forget the wages the MPs earn, the tax payer subsidised restaurants and bars, the second home payments, the expenses and the companies they set up to earn themselves massive amounts of money.

Yes, I would be willing to pay more tax.

I'd prefer it if the tax-avoidant rich paid their share though.

I was just watching news night who said tax would have to rise to fund the uplift and given the response to the NI uplift it made me wonder.
Totally agree with Palmaris.
