I know everyone is in the same boat with them at the moment but I'm trying to find out about something specific that I can't find anywhere online so just wondering if anyone has an answer?

I passed my practical test on the 3rd woohoo!! I applied for a finance car (don't judge its the best option for me at the moment) now I knew that the wait for my license is anywhere between 6 and 12 weeks which is fine.

However my check code, which I didn't know about, is still saying currently a provisional license holder, which means finance can't pay out and essentially I can't insure the car properly anyway.

So trying to call, of course can't get through, no Web chat, generic email response and no specific answer online.

Has anyone had similar, has anyone applied for their full license recently and how long did it take?

Theres a page on their website which tells you when they are currently processing applications from. Hopefully someone can link to it.

Thank you, I have seen it but it doesn't really make sense to me, it's currently saying they are processing the 26th or 28th of August, can't remember which, but my friend passed on the 3rd of August and her check code is still showing as provisional and she has not received her license, so unless I'm being really thick, that doesn't match up.

However it is just the check code I'm bothered about, I don't know if they tie in together or that they can just update a system while processing.
