Oakfurnitureland nightmare! Any alternatives?

I'm furious - I've had an email to say that my scheduled delivery of five items of furniture due today (ordered four months ago!) isn't happening; when I click on the link to choose a new date, the earliest available is 4th January!

I've already waited four months for it, I don't want to wait another four, so I plan to tell them to refund and I'll look elsewhere.

So, if I like the oakfurnitureland parquet range, are there any good-quality alternatives? I've had Next furniture before and it was terrible quality, so would avoid buying from there; other recommendations would be really appreciated!

I think the issue is wood availability and pricing op to make it now would likely treble the price.

I did wonder if cancelling in a fit of pique would be unwise, @Bluntness100 - it's the typical knee-jerk reaction, though!

I think they should at least offer to refund the delivery charge (we went for the cheapest drop-at-doorstep option but it was still £25 on top of a £1400 order).

Try Top Furniture. Much better quality than Oakfurnitureland.
