Induction Hob Pans - recommendations

Looking to get some new pans for my induction hob - any recommendations? Happy to pay a bit more but only if it’s worth it!

If your hob is made of steel it probably doesn’t matter - as long as a magnet sticks to the bottom you’re good to go. If you have a glass hob you need to start being more careful because any kind of ridges or metal at the bottom will ruin it. From my experience it’s best to go for completely steel chef’s pans for induction.

Not cheap but very easy to clean

I went with IKEA 365 pans when I got an induction hob, they’ve been great.

I've got a set of Stellar pans that are amazing, and Le Creuset. Though you have to watch them like a hawk as they burn easily.

Thanks everyone. It’s a glass job so possibly stainless steel is best? I prefer non stick though normally

I like the Ikea 365 stainless steel pans for things like pasta, veg etc where I don't need non-stick. For frying pans and saute pans I've got circulon infinite, which have lasted ten years and still going strong.

I really like the set I recently bought from Dunelm, great price as well.
