Anyone managed to register EU vax on NHS system?

My dd ( UK citizen and resident) had her first Pfizer in at in the UK (England) but had her second in the EU, where she's spent the summer. Does anybody know if the system for registering an EU vaccine is actually working yet? And if so how? Google only seems to find info from about a month ago when seemingly nothing worked.

Contact your GP and send them proof of the jab she had abroad, and they will add it to her records.

As she didn't have both in the NHS it may mean she can't get a QR code to prove her vax status on the NHS app, but they will show up in the Immunisations section of the app, which is just as valid.

Thanks that's what I'm worried about. She's going to need that covid pass for travel and accessing clubs and such. Seems silly if the system can't do that
