Signs of SEN in adult women

What are the signs?

Me and dh have come to the conclusion that I may be on the spectrum.

I’m not going to bother getting a diagnoses as I don’t have it in me to fight and I can’t see how it would help anyway

But out of curiosity, what signs could there be that an adult woman has SEN?

I understand it can be different from children and men

I have no idea myself but Google the symptoms and see if they fit. I had a quick look now and you do need to do some digging but there seems to be a good article on Heathline with a list of social and behavioral traits etc. Although if you're not looking for a diagnosis and feel it won't help why do you need to go down this particular rabbit hole? Your GP is probably the best person to discuss this with even if you don't want a diagnosis as they can at least point you in the right direction.
My concern for you is that by asking on here you will automatically get 'diagnosed'. How many threads do you read on here where the third post down suggests autism (my husband won't decorate.....are you sure he isn't autistic OP? happens all of the time!)
I work with severely autistic adult males and even I wouldn't confirm/deny it if you listed your symptoms.....because they present so differently depending on the individual.
Please go to your GP if you are worried.
