What is this film/doc HELP PLEASE

I've tried searching every combination to try and find this. Ok so it was about an older male news reporter who had a vaccination and it completely made him act crazy. Thanks all Smile

It was a documentary following this man (british news reporter) and the events unfolded and he got worse.
