Year 10 evening routine

DD is just about to go into year 10. Post lockdown we got into the habit of letting her go out pretty much whenever she wanted (curfew 9pm on weekdays) to make up for lost time. She has MH issues and the CAMHS person she saw said to let her do that as that was her chill out time when she was most relaxed and happy. DH is wanting to put in more boundaries now that she is going into year 10, GCSEs etc so I just wondered what your year 10 evenings look like? DH and I disagree a little on what is acceptable. She is in an amateur dramatics group so has rehearsals on one or two evenings a week (depending what she's needed for).

I am sure you will get some quite varied answers! My 15 year old has a long school day and lots of homework, so her evenings are taken up with school work, training in a sport she does, and that’s about it. She wouldn’t ask to go out (other than to training) as she has no time! 😂

Activities - yes.

Homework / Prep first for anything else. Boundaries tightened if not doing well, completing things on time.

And 10pm curfew, later for one weekend night.
