Just musing really. My main group of friends was quite big and could be hard work at times. Lots of big personalities, ever growing circle so increasingly difficult to arrange things such as group events, hols and group birthday presents - which was the bloody bane of my life (every couple of weeks there'd be a whip around and lots of fuss). I literally used to dread my own birthday and only ever wanted a quiet day at home with DP.
Well the last 2 in lockdown have been fab. The group presents came to an end (I swear I could hear a collective sigh of relief over the town when it was suggested) and various people have sneaked out of the WhatsApp group.
Anyone else noticed similar ?
I've found myself gravitating much more towards other friends (friends from Hobbies and work) since lockdown.
