My first thought is that it's cheap. £1.7M for all that.

I mean, going on the photos and things on the walls of the music room, Russell Watson might be a shout.

For a large house in that neck of the woods at least it looks like a home, not a footballers' wives glitz fest. In multiple shades of grey.
