Posting here as I've no idea where else to put it.
November last year I was sat eating tea when I had a sudden, excruciating pain in my left ankle. Was on the outside on the sticking out bone bit. It was like an electric shock. After that I ended up with this on and off (perhaps every 15 mins or so) for about 5 months!! Each pain lasted seconds with no swelling and movement fine. It was a complete nightmare but eventually went away.
Over the last few week I've been getting minor pain in it again and I'm absolutely dreading it going again 😔😔. I just don't understand what's wrong with it.
Has anyone experienced anything like this? Please help!!
