Focal point Privacy Tree!

Hi green fingered mumsnetters! I am in need of some help from anyone knowledgeable in this area...

Just the title really but...

-Must be only one tree but evergreen (leaves all year round)
-Must be a focal type tree
-Tall skinny trunk with ‘bushy bit/canopy’ at the top only
-Not a large root system

Birch are nice but unfortunately do not screen enough with just one.
For a smallish garden is the reason it must be small and it is to screen a neighbours tall window. Thank you! :)

is the reason it must be one*

Happy for the tree to be tall/big but it needs to have a thin trunk!

Loquat tree - just seen one on TV. Evergreen and fairly hardy. Unlikely to fruit here.
