Postable gift for mum of twins? (No sugar)

My friend is 35 next week and would appreciate any gift ideas that are suitable for sending via post...

She's got seven month old twins, is absolutely knackered and has had PND. Had gestational diabetes and still being careful about sugar intake.
Doesn't drink.
Doesn't have time or space for flowers/plants (also has two cats that just knock them over/destroy them).

Maybe not plants or flowers but have you seen the Lego flowers? They're really gorgeous.

Charcuterie platter? Cheese box? All enjoyed when I had GD and still do. If she has any childcare a voucher for something she enjoys child free might be nice.

When I had my dc, I appreciated:
A nice scarf or two that I could wear in public to hide a multitude of sins like lumpy bumpy bits, un-ironed clothes, tops with baby dribble on, comfy frumpy maternity tops etc..
Expensive decaf tea and coffee
A well-insulated coffee cup as I rarely had time to drink a whole mug in one sitting!
Relaxing aromatherapy oil

Thanks everyone. A nice, reusable/insulated coffee cup could be a good one actually! She exists on coffee and is always complaining she has to reheat it in the microwave...
