Thinking of getting one of these for my daughter but she is 5'7". It might sound daft (presumably they are designed for adults?) but I just wa t to make sure she fits comfortably into it! I'm not sure where we could go try sitting in one or if anyone has any experience with them? Do they fit adults, generally or are they a bit cramped?

I’m sat in one now and I’m 5’ 5” and there’s plenty of room. Mine is an outdoor one. I know some indoor ones are more round/ball shape, rather than egg shaped, so that’s worth checking.

I’m a bit taller than that, DH is 6ft and a bit and we have a few, very comfortable

2 tips:

  1. Check local garden centres cos they often have them
  2. Check local fb groups, they often have shonky knock off ones obtained by questionable means but they are loads cheaper and very similar to the expensive ones

This is the one I have. Ds2 fits in it fine and he is that height. It's really comfy for reading outdoors.

Just got the B&M one, it's quite large and really comfy and sturdy. It's an outdoor chair but we put it in our summer house and it looks lovely, plus it's a steal at £279.

Thanks so so much. Very much appreciate your comments and will be popping to a garden centre this week!
