For anyone who lives in France, is it possible to speak to a human being at ANTS do you know?
I am going round in circles on the website trying to sort out a carte grise problem.
It takes ages to fill in all my details and it then tells me I'm not the owner .. over and over again 
Any advice gratefully received!
