Anyone able to access the TFL travel/photo card website?

Any London based folk been able to access the photocard website on TFL recently?

Have been trying for days and wasted hours again this morning trying to get a 16+ photocard for DD and an 11-15 one for younger DD. The website just says "error loading your information" for my older one so I can't do anything.

I managed to start the application for younger DD but when I came to pay it just says "sorry, this isn't working right now". It's now showing as "awaiting payment" but won't let me pay.

So infuriating that there's just NO way to contact anybody. The phone number just leaves you on hold for hours. In the meantime the girls are having to pay full fare with regular oyster cards!

Is there an issue or backlog that anyone is aware of?

Any insights much appreciated!

They've changed it recently. I logged on to get DC's card upgraded to 16+ and it automatically moved me over to another site and then I had to change my password to include a special character. So it was weird but it all worked smoothly.

Hi, yes - I had the same. Updated my password etc. to access their new photocard website.

Problem is the new website just shows a message saying "sorry this is not working" every time I try to do anything. In the past it's worked fine but now just seems to be stuck. Angry

Maybe if I get DH to set up a completely new account that might work.

Oh I’ve spent 3 days going round in circles trying to do the same! Can’t contact anyone, “Sorry this isn’t working right now” is haunting me!

Did it work? I've completed the application and got this message saying awaiting payment. When I clicked "pay" the basket is empty so there is no way to pay.

I ended up having to log a problem online and someone called me a few days later. She was then able to sort it out on the phone and I paid over the phone. She didn’t know why it wouldnt let me do it online. Once we did that, it works now x
