So have spoken on their Web Chat 4 times now - 1st time to report DS 16 has gone abroad for 10 months to study and I was told yes I will still get Child Benefit, someone will send me a letter,
Nothing 4 weeks later so contacted again on Web Chat after holding on phone for an hour - was told would have to look into it.
Again nothing so again managed to get through on Web Chat and was told I would have a priority call within 2 days.
Absolutely nothing!!!
Rang today determined to hold and it says "No advisors to help at the moment, ring later" then cuts you off!!!
Ive had no money this month at all so really desparate to get this sorted out,
Any ideas on how on earth to sort this out!!!!
