Hoping someone can help as going out of my brain trying to contact anyone for help!
Bought a digital 16-17 saver card for DS and now want to get him a monthly return pass.
The Trainline website is insisting he now also needs a paper photo card (with a reference number) which only has a postal application process and is unlikely to now arrive before he starts college.
I don't understand why he needs a separate photo card this as there is already a photo on his 16-17 (digital) card. 🤷♀️
Can anyone firstly let me know if this is right and secondly if he does need this card I understand I can go into any train station to process there and then?
