hello all,
I am going through a torturous divorce, while still living together with a coercive controlling husband.
The FDA was on 2 Dec 2020 and the FDR is not due till 21st Dec 2021.
My husband is unlikely to make any kind of fair offer at the FDR and I have heard its possible to go straight to a final hearing.
Does anyone know how to achieve this and also is it a good idea in such circumstances.
