I wonder how the Queen's Annus Horribilis of 1992 is comparing to 2021??

I feel this must be worst as she's lost her confidante and companion and she's now 95 instead of the sprightly 66 she was then.

And what's happened this year is surely more awful than 3 of her children divorcing and one of her many homes catching on fire?

I am NOT a royalist by any stretch of the imagination but having an elderly parent of 90 puts me in my mind of how much HM is carrying on her shoulders right now, when actually she should just be being looked after, and very aware that her time left is limited.

I’m a lurker on Datalounge and the users there keep pointing out that she has never been pictured smiling so much since PP passed away Now it’s been said I can’t unsee it.
