Stopped smoking 4 days ago I have smoke 20+ a day for 12 years I'm using a vape rather than cold turkey but I'm proud of myself never lasted this long before , anybody else want to join?!

I used gum/patches when I gave up (vaping wasn’t a thing then). It’s been 11 years and I can’t imagine smoking 20 a day! (I definitely used to do this!) it will get easier. Take it a day/hour at a time if you are struggling. Wishing you luck x
