Perifit - has anyone tried and would you recommend?

I'm looking for a pelvic floor trainer as fed up of having to change my knickers every time I've been on the trampoline with kids . The perifit sounds good but is expensive. Amazon reviews are good but can't be fully trusted can they?

I have a Kegel 8 trainer which costs about £150 and worked well for me
