Erm if I count DD as a customer please can I join in?

I've made the mistake of having a big glass of wine and a bubble bath early evening (DH was watching the 5yo) and now I have to do the bedtime routine before I can allow myself a second glass.

Can we include staff working in schools.....

The public are a real pain in the hoop.

I'd love to join in, but I stupidly got pissed last night and then had to do month end invoicing with a hangover

I dream of having a job where I don’t have to deal with the public. The small minority of assholes you have to deal with is turning into a bigger minority every passing year.

Some customers don't seem to understand that we don't actually make the products and we are reliant on China shipping them to Europe. I have no control over this so just FUCK OFF!

I have apologized profusely for what the third party company has done that I had no control over. Please sir, take the keys to my car and all my worldly possessions, how many different ways can I say I'm sorry. I'm down on my knees. Oh your still shouting...
