When a Banksy gets sold, who has the money? If no-one knows who he is, then it can’t be paid to him.

The art belongs to whoever owns the property it's painted on as it can't be separated from it. Banksy effectively donates his works of art to random members of the public who own the property. So the owner of the wall/garage door/fire hydrant etc gets the money as they're the sellers

He's more than welcome to come and paint on my house!

I imagine Banksy has a bank account, manager, accountants etc who know his name but protect his identity. He'll have made plenty of money!
