Ever since they moved in 3 years ago they have picked on me before it was doing things blatantly like scratching my car, calling me racist names (which they then claimed I was homophobic to get off that) and shouting at me. I called the police several times on them unfortunately due to lack of cctv or witnesses it hasn’t gone anywhere, they also make false counter claims.
After I put a camera up it’s more mentally abusive and passive aggressive things.
Such as:
Stuff which has blown over into their front garden or near their window they will put in my bin. The bin men only take things in black bags therefore I am having to dig into a 60L bin to retrieve things which is disgusting including dog poop.
I was having something delivered today and they come outside to have a look at what it was then went back in. Why do this what has it got to do with you! I was standing there they looked at me then looked at my item.
Again today I caught them at my bin which they ran off when they saw me, again attempting to put trash in it.
They have written on their wall outside in their garden “fuck off nob” which is obviously to me considering only them and me can see this.
I know this is not the most terrible things but it is annoying I don’t understand why they can’t leave me alone.
Other minor things playing loud music and moving the radio to the back door. Smoking under my window which they have been told not to do by the landlord.
I live in a HA property which is pointless talking to them. I want the police involved if this is enough evidence this time.
I have this all on cctv and the writing is still there.
