Nutmeg Morrisons Delivery

Has anyone else had a problem with a Nutmeg order?
I placed an order on the 24th August and it hasn't been delivered. No updates on email. Rang Morrisons CS and they said Nutmeg aren't available on the phone.
Twitter say it is "In fulfillment"
I can't even log on to my account to see anything. The clothes are for an old man in a nursing home who needs them quite urgently... They really seem hopeless. Wish I had ordered elsewhere now!

Yes I placed an order in July and it took two weeks to arrive, this was way too late so I haven't collected from the store and they said they'd return and refund after a week but they still haven't! Customer service was dire.

Blimey two weeks!! I can't understand why you can't speak to them on the phone. Customer Services were very sniffy with me!
