I don't know if I'm being dense but I think it just tells you e.g. 4-5 days for standard delivery, not who the carrier will be?
I'm having such a nightmare with the local Hermes courier that I want to avoid businesses that use them, but I don't know how I know iyswim.
I don't know if it's "Hermes" or just our local person, but I'm regularly getting photos of "proof" that bear no resemblance to any property in our street and the latest one is texts confirming delivery when nothing has been delivered - on investigation they have admitted that the text was sent "in error" and the parcel is lost.
Usually you can sort it out with the supplier and I accept that mistakes do happen, but this has become far too frequent and is a hassle to sort out.
So no more Hermes deliveries for me, but how do I know who's using them?
