Help! Impossible bra needed. Backless, plunging with support

So I’ve had a baby since buying my wedding dress. It’s got netting but it has a very low back and a plunging neckline and any bra could be seen through the netting except on or under my boobs themselves. The baby has left me with droopy boobs. About a c/d cup I would estimate. Is there any kind of bra or tape I could wear that would make them look perky for the day? Ive seen a lot of stick on bras but not sure if they would give adequate support for someone who is not a perky b cup already!

Don’t know if these are any good but this comes up on google

Thanks! I’ve seen a few but wondered if anyone had any real life experience of using the stick on ones?

Have you got time for alterations? You could get something "built in" by a good seamstress or alterations tailor.

My seamstress went awol and has now re-appeared and I’ve got a booking for 2weeks before the wedding. She said I had to bring any underwear with me otherwise they wouldn’t be able to do the fitting. It may be that she can fit the dress perfectly to hold my boobs up but I don’t want to turn up with nothing in case she can’t

Have a look on youtube for bra hacks.
This one looks quite good

I couldn't find a bra to fit my wedding dress and the fitting 2 weeks before my wedding ended up with it being the wrong size because of course I was at a totally opposite point in my menstrual cycle by the wedding day. I must have been ovulating when I was fitted and then they were smaller by the day of the wedding so there was a huge gap!

I used micropore tape and some plaster tape strips to hold them up and make them fill the dress. I have quite small boobs though and it was OK.

www.perkypear.com do stick on bras - it's like tape material but shaped more like a 'cup'

They give surprising lift/hold, I'm an F cup and bought them for a low backed bridesmaid dress, they definitely do the trick. Downside is they're single use, so not the most cost-effective, and you have to be careful putting them on to get both sides matching! You'd need a pair for the fitting, and I'd want a couple for wedding day in case the first pair get stuck on wonky or stuck together etc

My wedding dress was completely strapless but streamstress managed to put cups in it, hopefully they will be able to do that.

Nookable · 03/09/2021 16:10

There's a new kind of backless, strapless and plunge bra that I've seen mentioned online recently.

Haven't tried it myself so no idea if it's any good. Seen good reviews but not sure if they're paid for as it seems a bit too good to be true to be honest. Might be worth looking into though.

I'd ask them to put a nude lining in then you can wear a conventional plunge/low back bra but still have the look of the netting

PolkadotsAndMoonbeams · 03/09/2021 16:37

I'd see if she can sew cups in. This sort of thing.

riotlady · 03/09/2021 16:39

Would a low backed basque work, like this sort of thing?

Your seamstress should be able to put support in the dress. I've never had any success with the stick on bras as i need some support.

Covidiom · 03/09/2021 18:42

Thanks so much for the suggestions! The low backed basques are unfortunately not low enough- I actually have to wear fairly low pants to make sure they don’t show.

The dress does have cups in but as it’s quite delicate and currently fits quite loosely I’m not sure they will be enough.

@Nookable I’ve ordered a cheaper version of those to try. Thank you!
