Pressure in Tummy 10 weeks

Hi Everyone.
Just wondering if anyone else experienced pressure and a constant full feeling in lower tummy at 10 weeks pregnant?
Makes me feel like i need a wee all the time but i dont if you know what i mean.

How are your bowels? Could be constipation or just the fact that your womb is expanding and pressing on everything more than it usually does.
