a morning in/around Harrow, young teens and me , what to do?

So, due to a bit of a diary cock-up, my kids (aged 13 and 14) and I are going to have a few hours to kill in/around Harrow while DH dials in to a meeting from our hotel room. No longer than that, as we'll want to leave as soon as he's finished.

Any ideas?

Walk up to the top of the hill for a coffee in one of the coffee shops, then have a look round St Mary's churchyard to find Byron's tomb (not his actual grave) and the view he wrote about? And his daughter Allegra's stone, which is a very sad story.
