How in do larger ladies get a sports bra off over their head - it's a workout in itself!

I dont. I wear a sports bra that fastens at the back like a normal bra

Mine are crop top style and have some stretch, I've recently discovered the technique of threading a hand (followed by arm) back through the armpit hole and then once your elbow emerges out the chest band below your boobs it's straightforward to remove. May not be an option for tighter or more structured bras

Thank you - I have both types but fancied the over your head ones for yoga - I use the ordinary bra style ones for running.
