Just had a call, it’s rising from nearly £7 to £9. Meanwhile their service levels are through the floor and I’ve had loads of substitutions, even on things checked our just before the order cut off time. They will no longer add Fetch orders to my shopping as they now come out of different hubs.
In the past I have always negotiated a discount for high frequency of orders, nothing giving this time.
So I have swapped from Anytime to midweek, going to £4. I think I will stay over this winter and then cancel.
Anyone had more success than me? I’m really disappointed with their lack of responses.
