Do you fart in your garden? Sitting contemplating some pruning, I did, and then too bloody late suddenly wondered if no one else in the world does this and whether I'm a bad neighbour?!

What the fuck are you eating that your neighbours would even notice you breaking wind?

Ha ha yes of course. But I'm also a massive hypocrite and moan at dh if he does it 🤣

I fart if I need to wherever I am. If I was at an appointment etc I will try not to but at home, in the garden or anywhere! It's wind, you get belly ache if you hold it!

For someone who retired at 50 and is apparently rolling in cash, you seem to live in rather close proximity to your neighbours?!

Maybe you could live somewhere more secluded then you could snap and fart over the roses to your heart’s content.

Make sure you fart in the right direction. The wind/or breeze, can carry the noise and smell away, so you can choose which way it goes.. Its ok to fart if the neighbours are in party mood, and have music and a BBQ on the go, as they won't hear or smell anything, so you can fart non stop for ages.

I had a pee in the garden earlier. Nobody could see me and I couldn't be arsed to go indoors. It was lovely.

My DH always opens the kitchen door when he's in there, so he has quick access to go and fart outside.

As long as it's not in the kitchen I don't care. No sign the neighbours do either, you're all good.

I like a good fart in the garden. When we were at our holiday home we let rip, even next door joined in 😂

I live in a row of terraced houses and the gardens are tiny. If I farted in my garden, poor Betty next door would hear it over her telly in the living room!

I live in a glorious small row of period houses, everyone has a large back garden and I have an allotment to one side. That good enough for you?

It's the "out of sight out of mind" nature of the neighbours that makes me forget that they might be out in their garden and find it a shock to suddenly hear a fart as if from nowhere.

I'd rather in the garden than in the house.

But what about when you're looking after your neighbours baby? I don't know what the etiquette is of farming in your neighbours garden whilst babysitting

How loud was this fart? Unless you were right by the fence with them sitting directly on the other side, I doubt they would even hear it? Unless it was some sort of epic release 😂
