Recommendations for China Town, London

I'm in London this week for a rare treat, it's a friends birthday and she's desperate to try a Chinese restaurant in China town.
I've never been anyone got any recommendations as the choice looks overwhelming!

We've been to the Golden Dragon on Gerrard St a few times. Joy King Lau is also good for dim sum

We've just been, and the Gold Mine was amazing for dim sum. They also have crispy duck displayed in the window and the waiter told me that's what they're most famous for.

ONE Chinatown can be hit and miss for food, but I would quite happily make the return journey just to eat at the Gold Mine!

IME, not ONE.

Also, avoid anywhere that does a buffet!
