I have IBS and in middle of another horrible flare.
I don't have specific foods that upset me, but when im like this my body really seems to want to simplify, to cut right down on variety and complexity.
I love vegetables and generally have a great diet, but it's like I just want to cut out mixing too many veggies in right now.
Had a berry and greek yoghurt smoothie this morning and it didnt go well.
How can I eat a bit more bland and simply, with less veg/fruit but still get enough nutrients for a while?
My body seems to want stuff like egg, cheese, cucumber, toast.
