Why are my nipples so sore?

I've never had this before. They are both really sore. I am due on. Is this another perimenopause symptom? Should I be worried? What will soothe them?

Could it be the obvious - could you be pregnant? Was my 1st sign each time

Dh has had a vasectomy years ago, so thinking not that .

Mine were like this after my covid vaccination, they felt just like they did when I was pregnant. I was definitely not pregnant this time.

My last vax was mid July. I've had a few periods since then.

Shall I put sudocrem on them??
