Little one has never been to childcare before and is starting nursery (part of a primary school) full time. Due to covid, we can't go in with them. I was planning on having a separate bag with spare clothes but just thinking that and their rucksack and coat may be too much/a bit overwhelming for them to try and take in by themselves. What's the deal with keeping things in school? Like wellies. I'd rather not carry them every rainy day so would like to leave some there. And what is actually to go in the rucksack they bring in each day aside from her water bottle? Feeling pretty clueless!
