Anyone having a nightmare trying to get through to student loans

I've been trying for weeks. DD says they said they're sending me an email asking for wage slips from me...I've never had an email.

I spend hours every day in a queue and the phone just goes dead after a bit.

I'm not even sure why they need evidence as they didn't last year and she only gets the minimum amount.

Have you tried messaging them on Facebook?

God, I get the fear just trying to log into the account. Last two times I phoned them up, I got cut off too. Submitted what we thought were quite straightforward details back in May, and still trying to make sense of what they say and send out.

When I try to give my details electronically via an online page I found it recognises my email account and says I have a student loan account of my own and therefore must only use that rather than my daughter's account even though it's to verify stuff for her.

So I try and log in and I don't know my password so I request a password and it says I don't have an account!

DD got to talk to someone today and the phone cut her off just as she started talking to them (after over an hour in the queue).
