How do I get rid of a thread I’m no longer interested in from my I’m On page?

I think you can only hide it not get rid of it.
Swipe left and a few options come up.

If you hide the thread it will stop showing.

How do I hide the thread?
I mean the whole thing, not just individual posts.

PS I’m on an ipad which seems to act differently to my phone.

Oohhh…following. I’m also on an IPad. Sorry OP to jump on your thread. I keep getting notifications and can’t stop them!

Didn’t there used to be a Help option?
