Wedding Present Ideas

Heya. Am looking for ideas for a present for some friends who are getting married at Christmas. They're both in their 50s and have been married before. No mention of presents on the invite but they're dear friends who've been very kind and generous to us in the past (we've known the groom for over 30 years). Mutual friends have mentioned clubbing together for a bigger gift but we're all a bit lost as to what. Budget about £100 if we go alone or £300 with going in with others. JL vouchers seem like a real cop-out but don't want to get them something they don't like/want. Any ideas gratefully received.

Garden bench
Theatre vouchers
National Trust membership
Private chef experience
Nice cooler bag for picnics (e.g. Yvonne Ellen or Thermos) + picnic blanket + bamboo/melamine cutlery and crockery set
Digital photo frame

Can't beat what ricekrispie22 said, any of those would work i think. I'd just add English Heritage membership - can be better than National Trust depending on your interests. A friend recently was given a voucher for a favourite gallery so she could choose an art piece.

I made up a gin selection box for friends of mine. Knew they liked gin and wanted supplies for their bar do sent a selection if more unusual gins. Could you do something similar with their favourite drink and add a tour to local distillery/brewery/vineyard?
