Has anyone gone to the Escape Room at Southend ? Got a day trip planned and thinking of things to do with ds's late teen.

Just wondering if it is worth it or a bit boring after a while ?

I did this a couple of years back with a group of my friends and really loved it. I had never been to an escape room before and I planned to go again with my teenagers but then covid hit so haven't been back. It's only about an hour or so, you won't be bored. Enjoy!

We did one of the escape rooms there pre covid - think it was a Sherlock Holmes theme. It was lots of fun and we’ve been meaning to go back since for the other room.
Don’t know if they’ve changed them since.

Obvs there’s adventure island for the teens if they’re into that? Can get tickets (£2.50 each, one ticket per ride) if they don’t want many rides/just want to try a few.

Arcades?
The Hare trail if they’re into walking (Havens hospice app for ticking off which hares you find).

Crazy golf at adventure island.
Caddies restaurant has crazy golf inside if the weather isn’t great but I haven’t been there so can’t say how good it is.

Thank you all for replying .
(Sorry I am late back on !)
I did not realize that it was a franchise so we might end up doing a London one ,to not waste our Southend time.
Caddies looks good though .
