Disgusting food things you eat (drunk/not-drunk)

Yeah I start one of these regularly maybe once or twice a year (when I'm drunk)

Previous offers have been fairly pedestrian stuff but it certainly brings out the weirdos on here.

Tonight not weird but I fancied a roast dinner - clearly pissed and no capacity to cook one. I've just put a frozen hash brown, two tablespoons of frozen peas, two tablespoons of Bisto, several cocktail sausages and a massive dollop of horseradish in a Sports Direct mug with some boiled water. Microwaved it till it was nearly on fire. Absolute lush. Roast dinner in a mug.

Genius/troll?

I have fond memories of MNers mashing up bananas with wotsits on serving spoons and the like

I've been on this site since 2012 and I always click these threads for inspo as my husband and FIL have weird food combos on Christmas day and I like to bring something new to the table (Mince pies with sriracha and sandwich pickle Hmm ) but truthfully the one answer I have waited years to see has never come up so fuck it, I'm gonna type it:

Boogers!!!

Oh forgot to add that your recipe is foul Op, bleurgh Grin
@idontlikealdi Please tell me it wasn't salami on its own because that's gross too!

Confusionreigns2021 · 30/08/2021 01:25

Cooked pasta, grilled sausage sliced into pieces, grated cheese and tomato ketchup. Was a staple of one of my flat mates at uni. I may have tried it :-)

Confusionreigns2021 · 30/08/2021 01:26

At school the chips were so tasteless that pupils used to dip them into the custard they would have for their pudding

LizBennet · 30/08/2021 01:29

Oh that’s hangin 🤮

MaitlandGirl · 30/08/2021 03:40

Toasted ham sandwich with pieces of pork pie, salted vinegar crisps and silverskin pickled onions in. All covered in salad cream.

Haven’t had that in ages but that was my standard post stagger home from the pub snack, after I’d eaten a bucket of KFC on the walk home.

I actually could go for a roast mug dinner right now.

RiverSkater · 31/08/2021 01:36

I'm just impressed you found a use for the Sports Direct mug!
