Does this dipstick result (see photo) indicate a UTI?

I don't have any burning but I'm urinating frequently without fully evacuating. My pelvis is really crampy too and I generally feel grim.
Does my attached picture indicate a UTI?The nitrate result shows a slightly darker colour than a trace but not dark enough to match the positive.
I really feel like shit and there are some Macrobid antibiotics in the cupboard but they have form with making me feel really ill, so want to be sure it's a UTI before shovelling them down.

You may be cooking a uti, advice now is to treat on the basis of symptoms, but ring 111 as Macrolid is unlikely to target a typical colonizing bug and can make you feel v sick!
Nitrofurantoin is the a/b you most likely need. Good luck

Macrobid and Nitrofurantoin is the same according to the box in front of me.
